Chloé celebrates their 60th anniversary

The French fashion house is celebrating their 60th anniversary, the celebrations will kick off in September with an exhibition in Paris' Palais de Tokyo art space, curated by Judith Clark the exhibition aims to be a 'collage of ideas' in order to truly express the brand's spirit. A party will also be held in conjunction with the fashion house's catwalk show on October 1st.

Along with the exhibition will come the unveiling a new flagship store designed by architect Joseph Dirand which will open in Paris' Rue Saint-Honore in November. The celebrations will continue into the new year with a coffee table book due in the Autumn.

Chloé also have plans of launching a capsule collection of re-edition styles, 16 classic pieces from the brand's archive will be re-worked and sold in Chloé flagship stores. Pieces included will feature the works of Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Phillo, and Hannah MacGibbon.

Chloé has been a great launch pad for designers having launched both Stella McCartney and Phoebe Phillo, so it's a great thing that they are re-visiting the designers that have helped the brand develop into what we see today.
